I. Charging characteristics.
1.1. The charger adopts Iu-Ia charging curve, realizes intelligent control, has the functions of constant current, constant voltage, floating charging and balanced charging, and has good charging performance, which can make the battery reach the best state and delay the capacity decline of the battery. Ensure the normal service life of the battery.

II. Description of the charging process.
2.1. the first stage: automatically to allow the maximum current constant charge, after reaching the constant voltage value into the next stage.
2.2. the second stage: automatic charging with constant voltage, the current value gradually decreases, when the current is reduced to a set current value, enter the next stage.
2.3. the third stage: automatic constant current value constant current charge, after reaching the constant voltage value to enter the next stage.
2.4. The fourth stage: the battery pack is charged automatically by pulse charging with floating charge current value, and the battery pack charging is finished.

III. Functional characteristics.
3.1 charging time: the charging time depends on the relationship between the current of the charger and the rated capacity of the battery, and depends on the discharge level of the battery, about 8 to 11 hours.
3.2. Low Voltage Protection: when the battery pack voltage is lower than the minimum set value, the charger will be charged before the low current.
3.3. over-voltage, over-current protection: when the voltage of the battery pack is abnormal, the charger refuses to charge.
3.4. Thermal protection: the charger refuses to charge when the circuit is overheated due to equipment failure.
3.5. Pulse charging: in the later stage of charging process, pulse charging method is used to improve charging effect.

V. scope of use.
5.1. The charger is used for DC screen backup power system, communication room backup power system, EPS backup power system, electric sightseeing car, electric stacker car, electric truck, golf cart, electric forklift, electric bicycle, Electric trailer charging equipment. When the user selects the charger, it should choose the charger model according to the battery capacity and the battery pack voltage. The charger must match the battery pack for the charger to function properly. When using the charger for the first time, please pay attention to whether the nameplate of the charger matches the voltage and capacity of the battery pack. If the label matches, the charger can be used for charging. Otherwise, it is forbidden to use the charger. Do not charge batteries that are not allowed to charge.

VI. Installation Guid.
6.1. the charger can only be installed in a dry and well-ventilated environment. Keep all heatsinks open to prevent internal overheating of the charger. The placement of the charger and battery should ensure that the charger will not be corroded by acid gases.
6.2. when connecting the AC power supply, please connect according to the product nameplate or the power requirements on the manual, AC power supply needs to select the three-core cable with ground wire, and install the ground wire correctly. The connection of the power cord and the fixed installation of the automatic circuit breaker shall be carried out by the electrical engineers in accordance with the local national electrical standards.
6.3. when the battery pack is connected with the charger, the "+" pole of the battery pack is connected with the "+" end of the charger output; the "-" pole of the battery pack is connected with the "-" end of the charger output.
Before installing and using the charger, please read the operating instructions carefully. You must comply with the safe operation rules and meet the use conditions of the charger.
6.4. The battery pack must be properly connected to the charger at all times during the charging process. Keep all heatsinks free from overheating and away from the internal circuits of the various liquid-protected chargers.
6.5. It is forbidden to make any adjustment or alteration to the charger. Only the professional and technical personnel can maintain the charger.

VII. Operational steps.
7.1. First connect the charger output to the battery pack correctly (see the installation guide for the method).
7.2. Secondly, according to the power requirements of the charger, turn on the power (see the installation guide for the power connection).
7.3. After the charger is connected to the power supply, the charger carries on the self-test. If the self-test result is normal, the charger starts charging; if the self-test is abnormal, the charger refuses to charge (see trouble shooting method for trouble checking and troubleshooting), and the charger can only start charging after troubleshooting.
7.4 the charger automatically stops charging after the battery pack has enough power. If you want to continue charging, you need to disconnect the charging machine and turn on the power to restart the charger.

VIII. Maintenance and maintenance.
8.1. In the process of using the charger, pay attention to the use environment of the charger, correct use and maintenance can prolong the service life of the charger.
8.2. The insulation of the power cord is good and the charging cable is damaged.
8.3, whether the output terminal is loose, whether there is corrosive gas around the charger.
8.4, whether the heat sink is unobstructed, the room is dry and ventilated well, and whether there is conductive dust.
8.5. If there is a failure, only professionals can open and repair it.
8.6 during inspection and maintenance, disconnect the AC power supply and disconnect the battery.
